Biography

Andrew Michael Sieja returned home to Huntsville in January 2009 to practice law with Martinson & Beason. He takes on a variety of cases but focuses on estate planning, elder law, litigation and corporate law.

In college at Denison University, Andrew studied Cinema and enjoyed making movies and helping other students with their movie projects. After graduating, he entered Texas Wesleyan School of Law where he was actively involved with moot court and judged the National Undergraduate Moot Court Competition. Also during law school, Andrew interned with the Dallas County District Attorney’s office and assisted with the Wesleyan Innocence Project.

Born in Maryland, Andrew spent most of his time growing up in Huntsville where he attended Randolph School. He and his wife Brianna have one son, Oliver, and are expecting another child.

Experience

Andrew understands the importance of giving back to the community and currently serves with the Huntsville Volunteer Attorney program which aids the indigent with filing bankruptcies, avoiding foreclosure, renegotiating mortgage loans, and drafting estate planning documents. Additionally, he provides estate planning documents for police officers and firefighters through the Wills for Heroes program.
